The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) Title X Implementation Study was a three-year project than ran from October 2021 through September 2024. The project team collected data from multiple sources (e.g., staff from grant recipient and subrecipient organizations, clients, subject matter experts) to help OPA better its understanding of how Title X grant recipients implement their services.
