Effective June 2014, the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) initiated the Program Policy Notice (PPN) series to replace the OPA Program Instruction Series. PPNs are issued periodically to define or clarify policies and procedures that grant recipients funded under the Title X family planning program must follow.
