Project Name: POPSS: Partnerships & Opportunities for Adolescent Health Preparation, Support and Services
Project Overview: Partnerships & Opportunities for Adolescent Health Preparation, Support, and Services (POPSS) aims to equitably improve health outcomes and reduce healthy inequities and disparities among adolescents. POPSS proposes the implementation of innovative evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programs, services, and strategic partnerships using a system-focused approach to improve teen pregnancy prevention programs and services. POPSS will partner with the Lurie Children's Hospital to implement collaborative, evidence-based programs. In addition, Lurie Children’s will provide leadership and coordination between congregate care, school, and healthcare settings for equitable adolescent health programming. Furthermore, Texas A&M Health will lead grant administration, collaborative learning, monitoring, and improvement.

Target Population: Youth in the high-risk communities; youth experiencing homelessness (outside the neighborhood area); sexual minority youth
