Program Summary

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is a state agency that has been delivering Title X services since the 1970s. OHA provides family planning and STI services through more than 30 subrecipient agencies such as city or county health departments, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), school-based health centers, and Planned Parenthood clinics. As a Title X recipient, OHA provides a broad range of family planning services, including pregnancy prevention and birth spacing, pregnancy testing and counseling, assistance to achieve pregnancy, basic infertility services, sexually transmitted infection (STI) services, and other preconception health services. The services are voluntary, confidential, and provided regardless of ability to pay.
