Program Summary

Arizona Family Health Partnership, dba Affirm Sexual and Reproductive Health (Affirm), is a nonprofit organization that has been the Title X grant recipient since 1983. It delivers services to approximately 30,000 persons through its subrecipients, which are 14 agencies operating in 67 clinics across Arizona. As a Title X recipient, Affirm provides a broad range of family planning services, including pregnancy prevention and birth spacing, pregnancy testing and counseling, assistance to achieve pregnancy, basic infertility services, sexually transmitted infection (STI) services, and other preconception health services. The services are voluntary, confidential, and provided regardless of ability to pay.
