The HHS Office of Population Affairs (OPA) is awarding $818,000 in continuation grant funding to support three organizations through the Embryo Adoption Awareness and Services (EAA) program. The purpose of the EAA program is to increase public awareness of embryo donation and adoption as a method of family building and provide medical and administrative services to facilitate the use of embryo donation and adoption. EAA-funded recipients provide services to individuals who are currently involved, soon may be involved, or are interested in embryo donation and adoption as a method of family building, and the medical facilities/providers involved in assisting those individuals with embryo donation.
