Project Name: Mission West Virginia Teen Pregnancy Prevention (MWV TPP) Project

Project Overview: Mission West Virginia (MWV) will partner with evidence-based practice (EBP) implementation partners, adolescent-friendly support services (AFSS) partners, and a performance measurement and continuous quality improvement partner to replicate medically accurate, age-appropriate, evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programs and services. The project will serve the populations with the greatest need over a community comprised of 16 counties. 

Community(ies) Served: Boone, Jackson, Mason, Nicholas, Cabell, Kanawha, McDowell, Summers, Fayette, Lincoln, Mercer, Wayne, Greenbrier, Logan, Monroe, and Webster Counties, WV 

Target Population: Youth aged 10-19 

Geographic Area Served (Urbanicity of Community): Southern West Virginia (Rural)

Average Anticipated Number of Youth Served Annually: 11,000
