The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) is responsible for implementing and administering the national, evidence-based Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) program, a competitive grant program. The OPA TPP program is one of a growing number of federal programs that focus on providing evidence of what works, investing in new and innovative approaches, and fostering a culture of learning.
