Program Summary
Project Overview: The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio- UT Teen Health will partner with community youth-serving organizations and the San Antonio Teen Pregnancy Prevention Collaborative to implement evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention (TPP) programs for approximately 17,550 youth under age 20 annually in Bexar County, Texas. Partners in this initiative will implement the evidence-based TPP programs in middle schools, high schools, after school programs, faith-based organizations, and in community settings with especially vulnerable youth including expectant and parenting teens, youth in juvenile detention, and youth in foster care.
