Program Summary

Project Name: Promise Program

Project Overview: Teen HYPE will deliver the Promise Program to empower and educate Detroit public high school youth through services and the adults in their lives. The project components will impact youth at multiple leverage points, and include the Promise Collaborative, youth/adult partnership training and technical assistance, an annual “State of Youth” policy forum, and the replication of two proven effective curricula: Project AIM and Love Notes. The project will also use community mobilization, targeted role models, and linkages to resources and opportunities to support youth on their path to optimal health. The project aims to serve 3,000 youth annually.
