Project Overview: San Diego Youth Services will implement the Community Assessment Team (CAT+) Project to promote healthy adolescence and the reduction of teen pregnancy and associated risk behaviors through the delivery of evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention and STI prevention services. Positive Prevention Plus (PPP) lessons will be provided within high school, middle school, and alternative school settings (continuation, independent study and home school) to at least 3,200 youth, within 10 or more school sites in East Region communities. Additional community, family and youth engagement, and training activities will be provided to at least 450 participants.
